Improv-Style Striped Quilt Blocks—May 17, 2025 (10:00am–1:00pm)
Leave your quilting rules at the door, and learn a technique for producing improv-style striped quilt blocks. Participants will leave this class with a mini quilt top that they can turn into a wall hanging or use as the first step in a larger quilt project.
SKILLS REQUIRED
All levels of quilting experience are welcome but previous sewing machine skills are required.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Whitney Crispell is a textile artist and owner of Local Color, a quilting studio founded in 2017. She is the manager of Stitch Buffalo’s Second Stitch program, where she helps make secondhand textile and fiber arts supplies affordable and accessible to the larger community.
