Hand-Embroidered Star Pin by Mandari
Hand-Embroidered Star Pin by Mandari
Around the world, from ancient cultures to modern day, stars have played a role in explaining where we come from and where we go. They have been a source of navigation for sailors first crossing the sea and a way of tracking time. Our star ornaments are a lasting symbol of a wish for good luck, self-fulfillment, and happy new beginnings. We hope you'll select them as a symbol of hope and as a chance to wish for a bright future.
Star pins are perfect gift for someone who inspires you by bringing light and magic into the world!
Our hand-embroidered pins are each one of a kind—as individual as the woman who made it. Every pin is lovingly crafted in our studio or in the home of a resettled refugee woman from Buffalo, NY. All pins are made using upcycled materials, donated by the community and provided to our artists at no charge.
Materials: Pins are constructed using two layers of high-quality felt, stitched with cotton thread. Some have added beadwork. 1.75 inches wide x 1.75 inches tall.
