Intermediate Block Printing: Block Carving and Pattern Design—3-22-25 and 3-29-25 (10:00am–2:00pm)
Take the next step in your textile-design journey! This class will cover setup and planning to design your own prints and patterns; instruction on multiple methods for carving/creating custom printing blocks; color mixing and combinations; and print setup/registration for accurate repeats. You’ll also have time to work on your personal design and refine your blocks/printing techniques.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Students should have taken the beginner block printing class at Stitch Buffalo or have equivalent experience.

Hannah Quaintance is an experienced textile arts instructor whose area of expertise include natural dyeing and block printing.
