This class occurs over two Monday sessions: June 3 and 10 (4:30–7:00pm).
Over two class sessions, we will make a half circle skirt according to your waist measurement. We will insert a standard zipper and construct a standard straight waistband.

Material Requirements:
1.5–4.5 yards of light to medium weight woven fabric, depending on your measurements and desired skirt length. We will have some fabrics available for purchase and recommended sources. Upon registration, fabric options and resources will be shared out.

INSTRUCTOR:
Michelle Frick has been sewing clothes for herself and others for decades. Her passion is supporting new and experienced sewists in the creation of beautiful, comfortable clothes that fit as great as they look. Over the last two years, Michelle has been working as a garment sewing instructor and has been immersed in research on the latest techniques and methods, including CAD pattern drafting, projector sewing, and sustainable sewing practices both in the home sewing and commercial fashion industries.
