The playful quilt block on this pillow front is an ideal project to gain confidence in your sewing machine skills and the basics of assembling a project. But, of course, there’s also plenty of room to play and express yourself creatively when designing your block! Once we’ve assembled the block, we’ll turn it into a throw pillow with a removable cover.
Skills:
• rotary cutter
• color and print mixing
• using a simple pattern
• basic quilt block assembly
• basic sewing with consistent seam allowances
• constructing a removable case/cover for a square throw pillow
